粗いハブ合金鋼の紹介
ロール鍛造は、丸棒または平棒の厚さを減らし、長さを長くするプロセスです。ロール鍛造は、それぞれ 1 つ以上の成形された溝を含む 2 つの円筒形または半円筒形のロールを使用して実行されます。加熱されたバーがロールに挿入され、スポットに当たるとロールが回転し、バーが機械内で転がされるにつれて徐々に成形されます。次に、ピースは次の溝のセットに移されるか、向きを変えて同じ溝に再挿入されます。これは、所望の形状とサイズが達成されるまで続けられます。このプロセスの利点は、バリがなく、ワークピースに好ましい粒子構造を与えることです。
