製品説明
鍛造後、ステンレスビレットは 900 ～ 1100 °C (再結晶以上) に加熱され、空冷 (焼きならし) または炉冷 (焼きなまし) されて結晶粒が微細化され、材料が軟化して残留応力が除去されます。オーステナイト系グレードは水焼入れされています。二相グレードはσ相を避けるために急速空冷を受けます。
